Jon studied the martial arts at the early age of 7 under Master T. Kang in Brooklyn New York. Fast forward 35 years and he has owned and operated over a dozen fitness centers in the NY/NJ area, Owned 2 Mixed martial arts schools licensed under 6x MMA Champ Randy “the Natural” Couture, and ran 2 mega clubs in NYC for Derek Jeter. A nationally certified celebrity athletic trainer and Licensed medical massage therapist, Jon has authored 2 books and appeared live on national television over a dozen times. He and his wife maria are revolutionizing the fitness studio world introducing Results Boxing and Fitness to provide safe, effective and fun workouts for all.
As a teenage aerobics instructor, Maria entered the fitness world early. When diagnosed with cancer in her 20’s, she took it to a whole new level and became a nationally certified fitness instructor and master cycling instructor. Maria turned to fitness as a way of life at a young age and along side her husband of 20 years, they helped thousands of clients achieve their fitness goals and change their lives through fitness.
Alex is a fitness professional of 8 years. After graduating from the Focus Personal Training Institute, Alex attained a NASM certification with a specialization in performance enhancement. Alex has worked as a personal trainer for Derek Jeter’s 24 Hour Fitness Soho, an assistant strength coach at Long Island University, a stretch therapist for New York Presbyterian Hospital and has competed for many years as a boxer.
