Pre-book your fitness class online. First time, be on time, and that means arriving 10 minutes early. We’ll help you with your wraps and gloves and show you to your station. And then get ready to sweat and burn baby burn.
Our Coaches will take it from here to teach you the necessary punches and fighting stances. You’ll first warm up the body with dynamic and compound kickboxing movements. You’ll be pumped up and prepared for several rounds of HIIT intervals as the music fills the air. From there, let the fun begin and the results start to show.
